The Current Circuit

Welcome to the South Molton and Ringsash Methodist Circuit located in this beautiful and stunning area on the edge of Exmoor.

September 2011 saw the amalgamation of the South Molton the Ringsash Circuits, to form this new Circuit known as the South Molton & Ringsash Circuit, with all the potential that comes with an increased number of members with their various gifts.

We hope that this website will give you useful information about the Methodist Churches in the area and their various activities. Methodism has a long and honourable tradition in the West Country and the Churches in this Circuit are proud to have played, and to continue to play, their part in Christian Worship in the region.

The information we have put together covers the eleven Methodist Chapels and two Ecumenical Projects in the area. We have also given links to other Christian traditions and activities where possible.

For visitors to the area we have also included a few other links which may be helpful. It is our hope that visitors will enjoy their visit to the area and the wonders of God's creation and if we can help in achieving this aim, we shall only be too pleased so to do.
